A Post Millennial Meat and Cheese Tray...

Today we threw a little party to celebrate the upcoming nuptials of my cousin Laura Lee and her fiancee Jamie.

We decided the menu would be salads and sandwiches. 

So, sure we could have just left the meat out like this:

Nothing wrong with that. 

But, because we happen to be related to the geniuses* behind Stanlieos Sub Villa that wasn't going to cut it. 

My cousin Connie got there and this started:

"Here I come to save the day!"

Her hands flew faster than a speeding bullet!

The shape began to form. 

Her Mom got in on the action. 

And voila! 

A lovely meat and cheese tray...

...that we decimated in mere minutes. 

Even the pepperoni got in on the action. 

The nine year old asked me on the way home 'can I just have pepperoni and Stanlieo's bread everyday for the rest of my life.'

Seriously, it's that good.
