Why I can't sell a house...

Our house is now officially on the market. Because of this Billy asked me to make a website for the house that people could go to and see pictures of all the different rooms.

I mean...sure, naturally this should fall to me since I'm all bloggery and stuff. However, I've tried and tried to post about the house but my monkiness always takes over.

When it's in full gear my monkiness is truly something to be reckoned with.

Let me just show you the post that I came up with.

People, it's...well, it's pretty bad.

The official post:

So...We are selling our house!

You should totally buy it....

...and eat your vegetables.

Let's take a tour, shall we?

The upstairs consists of a foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, hall...

Oooh! A hall! How exciting!

...laundry closet (yes, I said closet - not room. You may now run screaming in the other direction) two large bedrooms, full bath and full master bath.

The living room is just off the foyer and the kitchen.

It has a gas log fireplace and a ceiling fan.

Oooh! A ceiling fan! How impresive!

The foyer has a tile floor:

It also has a closet.

The rug isn't hiding anything. I really don't even know why it's there. In fact, I think I'm going to go move that sucker.

The dining room has wood floors, plantation shutters and is very large (very large...cuz I can't figure out how to measure the blasted thing) It was originally used as another living area as well as a dining area.

Dining

Sorry about the excessively long table. It's distracting. I had people over for Easter.
Sorry I didn't invite you.

And an additional living area where we keep the piano.

The piano my husband first played Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata for me on. Sigh.

The kitchen has..

It's a freaking kitchen. You know what it has.

Just buy the dang house.

Sorry. Got a little out of control there.

Large windows overlook the spacious back yard.

The bedrooms are...

I mean...

You see why I'm not the person to put in charge of selling our house.

Well, let's just say I don't think any real estate agents are going to come recruiting my services anytime soon.
