The was Jeep not included in his childhood.
We looked in the old well.
There were no scary girls down there a la the movie The Ring. If you've never seen it don't.
We found lots of this:
We always do. I'm beginning to think my Grandmom just tossed everything in the yard when she was done with it because of the sheer volume of pottery we find out there.
The kids found the locked attic. It hasn't been opened for years and no one remembers why it was locked in the first place. Unfortunately, we didn't find out what was in it:
My Dad conveniently forgets to take bolt cutters every time we come. I'm thinking lost Confederate gold. Er, actually since Winston County seceded from the State of Alabama during the Civil War I kinda doubt that too.
We did find this, though:
Some sort of furry caterpillar thing.
He was aggressive! He lunged at me when I tried to zoom in to take a better pic. He looked scary.
I mean, not as scary as the movie The Ring but scary none the less.
So, what about it Friday readers? What is this thing?!
