Do Not Take a Picture of that Pancake!

I've been desperately trying to do everything I can think of to save Melanzanella, my incredibly cranky computer.

 I got rid of every program that I rarely use: Hulu, Spotify, my printer that worked for maybe a day, etc. I keep thinking that if I remove the right program suddenly she'll start working again.

Wishful thinking.

Now I've moved on to culling iPhoto in the hopes that sweet Melanzanella needs more memory. Yesterday I realized that I have 11,637 pictures on iPhoto. Eleven thousand six hundred and thirty seven. Ridiculous!

How does one get this many pictures on a laptop I haven't even had two years? I don't even take that many pictures!

I really wondered how it could have happened until I came across this picture:

It's a pancake. 

It's me. Taking a picture of a pancake while I sat at a red-light. 

I really just have no idea. What was I thinking? 

No wonder I have so many dang pictures. 

I assume I was trying to think of something witty to Tweet about that particular pancake. Thankfully, I can't remember.
